Procedrual Environments

This acted as my final year project as part of my degree, with the title "Procedural Generation of Environments for use in Real-Time Applications". The aim of the project was to procedurally generate terrain and trees in a way that could be use in real-time applications such as computer games. The generation took the form of a plug-in for Softimage XSI.

In the future I'd like to look more into this subject, reducing the poly count, generating in real-time as opposed to generating a model in a 3D modelling program and needing to export all vertices, and maybe even creating a C# tool to have ease of control over the look of the trees that will be generated.
